30 Minutes Strong: Quick and effective strength and resistance training.

ARMY PT Fitness: Come and join us for this fun, motivating, and challenging class composed of Army Physical Training Drills led by Army Veterans!

Cage Cardio: Cage Cardio was created by cage fighter and U.S. Army Veteran Markus Younkin. Markus put this program together in order to include both men and women in an exciting fast paced workout that everyone can keep up with! Cage Cardio is a combination of long burst maximum-intensity mixed martial arts moves with short periods of rest combined with challenging resistance exercises. With Cage Cardio we have changed the idea of a typical in gym workout.  No weights needed! All that’s needed is the drive to work in class and get the best body and most confidence you have ever had!

Core Concentration: This class is provides training to strengthen the muscles of your core (the many different muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis, and run the entire length of the torso). A strong core will enhance balance and stability, improve your posture, and improve functional movement and can reduce back pain. A strong core supports the body more effectively, allowing you to do the things you need to do with less fatigue.

Faith Fit: A fun workout that incorporates your Christian faith with your fitness! Faith Fit is a class designed to provide physical AND spiritual training all to Gospel, Christian, and Inspirational music! Come work out your bodies and lift your spirits!

First Time Fitness: Class specialized for people who are new to fitness and healthy lifestyle living.

Go Hard or Go Home! : Test your muscular and cardiovascular endurance with this challenging class complete with intense drills, plyometrics, and interval training! Be prepared to give your best!

Group Personal Training: Small group instruction is an alternative to one-on-one training that offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate.

Kardio Kickbox: Cardio kickboxing is a cardiovascular workout that is a mixture of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics performed to high energy music. Traditional movements in cardio kickboxing include kicks, punches, and other complex moves that relate to martial arts. Cardio kickboxing involves no physical contact and was designed to help people achieve a fit, healthy body.

Kidz Fitness: Kidz Fitness is a class for children ages 4-12.  Children participate in kid friendly fitness activities with cardio vascular, strength, and muscular endurance exercises.  They also learn healthy lifestyle principles through take home assignments that focus on healthy eating and the importance of regular physical activity.


Latin/Funk Fusion: Come and join us for this fun cardio class that fuses fun, funky, hip hop rhythms with electric and energizing Latin grooves!

Line Dancing: Memorized choreographed moves to fun music.

Monthly Healthy Lifestyle Workshops: Workshops and trainings designed to educate participants, giving them the tools and information they need to live a healthy lifestyle.

Pilates: Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, Pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). Pilates improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles.

Step Aerobics: A great workout that utilizes a platform ranging in height from four to ten inches. Choreographed to great music, step is a fun calorie and fat burning workout! Great for all fitness levels!

Total Body Training: A class using barbell equipment that strengthens the entire body using weight room exercises to energizing music.

Turbokick: Burn calories and blast fat! Turbokick mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it! You’ll love having fun and losing weight! It won’t even seem like you’re working out!

Yoga: Yoga creates balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.

Zumba: Zumba classes feature international rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Zumba Gold: Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.

Zumba Toning: Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

Zumbatomic: Zumbatomic is a Zumba Fitness Class for kids ages 4-12! Each 45 minute class, the kids will learn 2 or 3 dance aerobics routines with age appropriate moves to kid friendly music. They also will get to play dance games and are guaranteed to get some exercise, learn about international rhythms and dances while having FUN!
